Note: if you plan to install banking integrations or CRM modules — start with Core. Our manager will advise which set you need for your specific project.

Our modules are custom B2B solutions that require compatibility checks with your Odoo version and individual configuration. That's why every order is handled personally by a manager. This avoids mistakes and ensures you get exactly what your business needs.
Most standard modules are installed within 1–2 business days. Complex integrations with customization may take up to 5 business days. Your manager will confirm the exact timeline before payment.
The vast majority of modules support Odoo 16 and 17. Some modules are also available for Odoo 15 and 18. Compatible versions are listed on each product card. If your version is not listed — ask the manager, we may be able to port the module.
Yes. All modules include:
- 1 month of free technical support after installation
- Bug fixes not caused by the client
- Consultations on module usage
After the free period, paid support or an SLA plan is available.
Upgrading Odoo to a new major version (e.g., 17 to 18) requires a new version of the module. Our clients receive a special upgrade price — typically 30–50% of the original cost. We notify about new versions via email or Telegram.
Yes, we can provide the module source code for self-installation. In this case, installation support is not included, but you receive documentation and access to updates for one year. Discuss this option with the manager when ordering.
Yes, we provide customization services for any module in the catalog. The cost depends on complexity and is agreed individually. Contact our manager with a description of needed features — we'll prepare an estimate within 1–2 days.
Yes. For legal entities we provide an invoice and act of completed work. For sole proprietors — an invoice and receipt. Documents are sent via email or through Vchasno electronic document exchange systems.
