Typically, your Odoo environment is ready within 2–3 business days after credentials are confirmed.
We require:
- Server or cloud access (credentials);
- DNS / domain records;
- SMTP or relay credentials for emails;
- An agreed maintenance window.
No. Data migration and custom development are not part of the Launch package and can be ordered separately under a T&M model.
A 14-day warranty after acceptance. Any issues within the agreed scope will be fixed free of charge during this period.
A runbook is a short technical manual with commands and instructions for managing your Odoo environment — starting, stopping, backing up, and restoring the system. It’s included with every package.
Yes, we can deploy on your existing cloud or on-prem infrastructure — we just need access and system parameters.
We support both Odoo Community and Enterprise editions from v16 to v19. The version and deployment method (Docker or pyenv) are agreed before starting.
Main channels: email and chat (Meet or Discord). You’ll have a dedicated SPOC (Single Point of Contact) throughout the project.
