What is Integration Hephcrunch with Odoo?
This is a module that connects HelpCrunch to Odoo via webhook — when events occur in HelpCrunch (for example, a new message from a customer), they are sent to Odoo as an HTTP POST request. The module receives these messages and processes them using configured automated actions in Odoo.
